Product Development
In addition to sourcing for existing products to customize customers’ logos, we can also develop new products according to your needs. After understanding your product requirements in detail, we will organize and summarize the product demand information, and then arrange the designer to design the first draft, communicate with you the details of the first draft, and revise and confirm again.
After many times of communication and revision, the draft is finalized, and the factory tooling and proofing is arranged. After checking the samples, if there is still need for improvement, we can adjust and sampling again until you are satisfied. Then confirm the order, proceed with mass production, inspection, and delivery.
Production Supervision
Pre-production samples are made to ensure that there will be no problems in mass production, while there is still risk of defective products due to many production processes and uneven personnel skills. Therefore, the supervision of mass production is particularly important.
Before the start of production, we will sign a detailed production contract, requiring the order to be produced in full accordance with the contract. Quality Inspection
Although we supervise production throughout the process, inspection is definitely an indispensable process and also an extremely important step. In fact, during the production process, we initially carried out an in-production inspection of the product, and the final inspection is the last hurdle of product quality.
Our professional inspectors conduct detailed random inspections on this batch of goods, and increase the inspection percentage compared with in-production inspections. Moreover, the factory is required to pack and box reasonably to ensure that the products received are qualified and intact.

Booking and Delivery
After passing the inspection, we will inform you that your orders are ready to ship. We recommend you the suitable transportation method according to your in-hand date and the gross weight and volume of the goods. We need to book a cargo in advance and deliver bulk order to the warehouse if ship by sea. And we also need to deliver the goods to the place designated by the forwarder if ship by express or air.
Regardless of which way to ship, relevant documents must be prepared for smooth exit and entry. After confirming the cargo date, the approximate delivery date will be informed in advance. Besides, we would follow up during the transit and inform you the dynamics of the goods on the day of delivery until you sign for the receipt successfully.
